Sculptures and architects have used marble for centuries, selected for both its beauty and strength. From The Roman Empire: The Ancient Rome built of solid marble and The Roman Coliseum built of solid Travertine Marble and was quarried from the little town of Tivoli just outside of Rome to the builders of the Taj Majah, the agelessness and elegance of marble is known the world over.
